I am a certified BLS instructor with the American Heart Association. I provide a wide range of classes for expecting parents who just want to learn how to act in an emergency, daycare providers, school teachers or anyone requiring a certification, and medical professionals requiring BLS certification including midwives, doulas, nurses, doctors and others.

Family & Friends® CPR - 1 hour/skill set
A Course that teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants.
Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a CPR course completion card to meet a job requirement. This course is ideal for community groups, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life.
This course teaches Adult, Child and infant skill sets separately. Skills can be combined upon request

Basic Life Support (BLS) - $50/person 4 hours (group)
A comprehensive CPR class covering adult, child, and infant CPR, AED, and choking. Includes special resuscitation techniques and emphasis on team dynamics.
Classroom course involves hands-on learning with instructor guidance.
Required for anyone in a healthcare-related job
May be taken by anyone, such as people not in a healthcare field or those with a current BLS card
